We’re looking for a well-qualified Data Center Project Manager to oversee the delivery of physical security systems projects—ranging from new builds to retrofits and expansions—within a designated region. This role manages all phases of project execution, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security system projects from initiation through completion.

• Collaborate with operations teams and external vendors to develop and implement system designs.

• Control project costs, review vendor proposals, and approve expenditures.

• Track milestones, maintain stakeholder communication, and ensure contractual compliance.

• Conduct site visits and project sign-offs.

• Transition completed projects into steady-state operation with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in data center or related security environments.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Strong background in access control and CCTV system implementation.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with enterprise-level systems such as Lenel OnGuard or Milestone.

• Security industry certifications (e.g., ASIS, CPP) are a plus.
