🚀 What You’ll Do

• Oversee the service lifecycle of physical security systems.

• Manage third-party vendors and internal support teams for system maintenance and enhancements.

• Lead compliance activities to ensure operational integrity and standardization.

• Track and manage service tickets, inventory, and scheduled maintenance.

• Educate users on physical security processes and ensure policy alignment.

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in physical security systems management.

• Technical knowledge of Lenel access control systems, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

• Proven track record managing vendor relationships and internal service standards.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and ideallyJira and Confluence.
