Are you an experienced Industrial Door or Automatic Door Engineer looking for a role where you can take real ownership and grow with a business that’s expanding fast?
This well-established fire, security and industrial door specialist has seen strong growth over the past year, bringing on major new contracts across the South Coast. They’re now looking for a skilled engineer to join the team permanently, taking charge of a busy region and treating it as their own.
You’ll be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of a range of:
Industrial doors and roller shutters
Automatic and pedestrian doors
Install, service, and repair industrial and automatic door systems
Diagnose faults, carry out planned maintenance, and ensure full compliance
Represent the business professionally on client sites
Work independently with support from your team and admin staff
Deliver a reliable, high-quality service with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction
up to £45,000 basic salary
Overtime & travel time (after 30 mins)
Time and a half after 5PM
Company van (available for personal use)
Tools, uniform, and fuel card provided
20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service)
Company pension scheme
Long-term career stability with a growing business
Experience working on industrial or automatic doors (2+ years preferred)
Good understanding of Health & Safety standards
Full UK driving licence
A positive, professional attitude and pride in your work
Electrical or access control experience is an advantage, not essential
