Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our fire and security engineering team. This role involves overseeing system design, installation, and maintenance projects while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering and admin teams
Oversee fire and security projects from planning to completion
Provide technical support and ensure compliance with industry standards
Maintain high levels of quality assurance and safety compliance
Act as a key point of contact for clients and support sales with technical input
Manage team resources, budgets, and project documentation
Conduct van inspections and ensure cleanliness and road worthiness
Requirements:
Proven experience in fire and security engineering management
Strong leadership and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, codes, and safety standards
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
