We’re delighted to welcome Eagle Eye Networks, the world’s leading smart video surveillance company, to the Zitko Talent programme.

It gives our trainees insider access to Eagle Eye Networks' renowned product training and technology workshops, covering key digital concepts such as CCTV systems integration and networking, video analytics and AI, and the deployment of cloud / VSaaS solutions. From our conversations with employers, we know this is good news. Many have large numbers of experienced engineers who cut their teeth in the analogue world, so expanding digital expertise within the workforce is a priority.

Now, more than ever, Talent provides this opportunity. We’re attracting experienced engineers from other sectors where digital is arguably more established, as well as a new generation of digital savvy entry level trainees. And then we’re giving them rapid training, in partnership with Eagle Eye Networks and other world-leading vendors.

By the time you meet our available trainees, they’ll have gone through several rounds of selection, including video screening, aptitude tests, and a detailed final interview for those who make the grade. Combined with fast-track learning, this means trainees typically become productive team members in a matter of months. Not only taking on engineering tasks with limited supervision, but also sharing their knowledge with colleagues.
