Are you in the fire and security industry and have either a technical approach to sales or an estimation/quotation background, and looking to join a dynamic company with a growing presence in the industry?
Our client is a leading technology company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for Electronic Security, Life Safety, intelligent building, and integrated systems, and is looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to join their team. Their solutions combine the use of leading products and software with professional engineering services for a wide range of applications, including healthcare, critical infrastructure, education, police, oil and gas, law, venues, and public space, and typical key stakeholders include IT professionals, security professionals, estate management, facilities management, and consultants.
You will have a rounded approach to the sales process and be capable of supporting with the technical aspects within it. You must be a results-driven person who enjoys the thrill of sales, and ideally have a strong understanding of the industry and relevant partners (to include Axis, Gallagher, Avigilon, Hanwha).
You will be involved in the sales cycle from start to finish, including lead generation, survey, quotation, and design, and also manage the accounts that you bring into the business. Your technical background and knowledge will ensure that you can confidently explain any technical aspects of the services, as well as problem-solve client issues to establish a tailored approach - both of which are essential for this role.
