Trainee/Junior CCTV Engineer - Covering : Dorset/Bournemouth/Southampton

Salary : £25,000-£30,000

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior CCTV Engineer located in the Hampshire, Dorset area.

As a Junior CCTV Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems.

You will work closely with a team of engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will also troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems.

Qualifications, desired but not essential

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in CCTV installation and maintenance
• Experience in CCTV system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of different types of CCTV cameras, lenses, cables, and connectors
• Familiarity with network protocols and IP-based CCTV systems
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
